Not at all. Provide your gate code or access notes at signup and we keep them on file. We latch every gate behind us and text a confirmation after each visit.
Do you still service during storms in The Colony?
We work through heat and light rain. For lightning, hail, or severe weather we reschedule to later the same week at no extra cost. Weather never changes your monthly rate.
How do you dispose of the waste under city rules?
We bag everything and dispose of it per City of The Colony guidelines, keeping it out of storm drains and the lake watershed. If you'd rather, we seal the bags and place them in your cart for normal pickup.

Plans start at $16.99/week (1 dog) for our Basic tier, $23.99/week for Fresh (includes deodorizing + photo confirmation), and $34.99/week for Premium (twice-weekly option, lawn treatment, and more). All plans add ~$2–3 per additional dog. Your first cleanup is always free.
How does billing work?
You are billed monthly. We calculate your rate as your weekly visit price × 4.33 weeks — the same consistent method used across the industry. No surprises, no per-visit fluctuation.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can start, pause, or cancel any time directly in your customer portal or by calling our office.
Does 101 Scoop clean the entire yard?
101 Scoop cleans any area of your yard that contains dog waste: front, back, and side yards, runs, and plant/flower beds.
Can I request a specific day for my service?
Yes. During signup you can request a specific day. We cannot guarantee every day is available, but we offer as many options as possible to fit your schedule.
Will you notify me before my service?
Yes. You receive a text when a team member is en route. On our Fresh and Premium plans you also get a photo of the completed job after every visit.
What is the difference between the Fresh and Basic plans?
Basic gives you a thorough weekly scoop and a gate-closed confirmation text. Fresh adds a deodorize-and-sanitize treatment, a photo after every visit, and priority scheduling — for about $7 more per week. Most customers find Fresh is the obvious value once they see the difference.
